Shift Lead - $16.00/hr

We are seeking dedicated and responsible team members to mentor and lead the team of Handlers at USC. Your role would be essential, as we entrust the day to day service and onsite management duty to you. As a shift lead, you will directly report to the operations manager.

Responsibilities:
•
Closely monitor incoming orders and pack them rapidly
•
Assign orders to Handlers and monitor the delivery status
•
Make sure Handlers are compliant with working guidelines
•
Mentor new Handlers and make sure they feel welcomed and valued at Handle
•
Respond to customer feedback, concerns, and inquiries as they arise
•
Report to campus managers regarding Handler performance and service feedback
•
Other responsibilities assigned by the campus manager
 
Requirements:
•
Experience managing and leading teams
•
Experience with customer service
•
Detail oriented, punctual and responsible
•
Currently Enrolled or Alumni of USC
•
20+ hours per week commitment
 
Good to have:
•
Industry experience in last-mile delivery
